Gaming events – The Mardi Gras for Gamers
You buy your consoles, The latest games and then spend hours playing them, alone or with friends, Some people upload their best moments, gameplays or whole walkthroughs to YouTube and socialise on popular social media sites Twitter and Facebook.
Once you start doing all that fun stuff, gaming, meeting awesome people and making online friendships, it can get to the point where you start thinking about meeting these people you now call friends, in real life.
That’s where these gaming events come into play, By providing you with an awesome place to come and check out some of the newer games that have been released, or, those which have yet to be released. Meet your new friends at these events and enjoy what you all like doing.
The events in question that I know of currently are Egx Rezzed, iSeries51 and Egx London
My own personal experience only stretches to EuroGamer Expo 2013, I had a great time and met some amazing people, This year however I’ll be attending Egx Rezzed, iSeries51 and Egx London. I already have plans in place for two of those events and aim to meet as many people as I can whilst I’m there.
And, Yes there will be plenty of pictures and hopefully some videos ;)
