RICO London is available now in North America for PlayStation®4 and Nintendo Switch™. Xbox One fans can anticipate a special release in Q1 2022.
The follow up to Ground Shatter’s cell-shaded, Rogue-like buddy cop shooter, RICO London is (you guessed it) set in London on New Year’s Eve in 1999. Luckily for player, you are not armed like ordinary British Police Officers. You are an armed cop tasked with neutralizing the notorious and violent gangs of the city. At the end of each level, upgrade your character with a selection of random items and develop your upgrades to make them more effective.
RICO London can be enjoyed in single player or co-op mode. Zip, duck and dash through a variety of procedurally generated levels to wipe out the gang threat that is increasing all over the capital. Shoot your way through levels, many of which set in abandoned buildings such as derelict hospitals and office spaces in the gritty gang-ridden underbelly of East London.

Get competitive with a global leader board accompanied by rewards that will support the co-op features in game. To improve on the last game, the developers listened to player feedback, resulting in more enemy variants and environmental scenes compared to the first game, hostage situations and new weapons. All added to ramp up the intensity.
So another exciting looking action packed game, available now! ‘Tis the season to be gaming for sure. PlayStation and Nintendo Switch players already able to tuck-in to this fantastic looking game. What could be meant by a ‘special release Q1 2022’ for Xbox One players? Perhaps a launch day one in Xbox Game Pass (summoning circle)? Or a launch complete with DLC?… I guess we will have to wait and see. Rest assured, Gamerhub will keep you informed as and when we get the info! Although, if I had to guess I would say day one in Game Pass based on the fact that it could harm PlayStation 4 and/or Nintendo Switch sales if revealed prior, but we’ll see.
