Resonate Gaming Festival - Powers Up Glasgow

July 29th-31st 2016, these dates will see the Scottish Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC to the locals) play host to the Resonate Total Gaming Festival in Glasgow. This highly anticipated event has been created with gaming enthusiasts and lovers at its very core, the event will cover a wide range of features that will capture the attention of hardcore gamer lovers to the casual players alike. The three day celebration will hosts a number of events from professional e-sports to the casual couch co-operative family fun.

With the UK games industry worth over an estimated £3.9 Billion, the UK is a pivotal joint in the industry. Scotland alone hosts some of the biggest names in the games industry with the likes of Rockstar Games (Grand Theft Auto series) and 4J Studios (Minecraft Console editions). Now is the time for Glasgow to take centre stage and host an event of not just the UK gaming scene but rather a celebration of worldwide gaming and a multi-billion pound entertainment industry.

Resonate festival is shaping up to be the event that gamers in Scotland have been lacking in recent years, as many of the UK events are based south of the border.
