There’s not been much news about the Xbox One Edition of Minecraft since it’s announcement, but 4J Studios, the team behind all of the console ports of Minecraft, have teased a little about the Xbox One version of the incredibly successful game while showing off some plushies they have on their desks.

The image above shows the Xbox One (top) and Xbox 360 (bottom) versions of Minecraft, with some of the new features that will be coming soon. Though no release dates for the next update, nor the Next Gen version, have been announced, it’s clear that work is going well for both versions at the Scottish Developer. A list of some of the things you can see here follows:
- Anvils
- Stone Walls
- Carrot on a Stick
- Tripwire Traps
- Pumpkin Pie
- Desert/Jungle Temples
- Emeralds
- Potatoes
There’s also some other things that are potentially aimed to be in the new version and update for the 360, with Ender Chests, Quartz, Carrots and Side Facing Logs being possibilities. All of these are currently in the PC version, but a lot is still missing, though the games are catching up quickly.
It’s a lot of info from a little picture, but it’s interesting none-the-less and anyone who has fun playing Minecraft should be pretty excited for the new editions.
