After spending so much time providing enjoyment on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch platforms, the publishers at ININ Games are set to give the Xbox some love this week.
The company has announced that it will bring six titles to the Xbox Series S/X/Xbox One platforms starting on December 7th. These include the company’s two latest releases, Pocky and Rocky: Reshrined and IREM Classics Vol. 1, along with four others – Clockwork Aquario, Ultracore, Cotton 100% and Panorama Cotton.
Here’s a quick recap of each title, in case you need to catch up:
Pocky and Rocky: Reshrined– The heroic duo returns in an all-new top down adventure, with co-op support, unlockable characters and so much more!
IREM Classics: Vol 1- Enjoy the classic Image Fight titles in many formats, along with the thrilling shooter XMultiply, in this frantic “shmup” compilation.
Clockwork Aquario– A long lost Japanese adventure is finally unearthed, with quirky side-scrolling gameplay that’ll please players of all ages.
Ultracore– A classic Genesis title that we never thought would be unearthed has arrived, complete with a hardcore challenge you’re sure to enjoy.
Cotton 100%– A legendary Cotton shooter makes its way into the limelight, complete with refreshing visuals and exciting gameplay. Tea time!
Panorama Cotton– An extremely rare Genesis shooter returns, with fresh 3D visuals and the kind of thrilling action you just don’t see anymore.
Most of the games are set for 9.99 apiece, except for Pocky and Rocky and IREM Classics: Vol. 1, which are 24.99 each.
And this is merely the start, as ININ will bring other games to the platform in 2024. Fingers crossed for some Taito classics!
