Yes that’s right folks, you can now download the popular battle royale mode from the recent Call Of Duty game and play for free! This means you get to check out some intense gaming action either solo or with a squad, while trying out some of the characters, weapons, gear and locations.
Treyarch are hyped on getting new players into the game:
“The community response to Blackout has been incredible, and we love watching how players have really made the mode their own, evolving game play to a new level,”
“We can’t wait to welcome new players to experience the unique Black Ops style of battle royale in Blackout.” – Dan Bunting, Co-Studio Head @Treyarch.
Not only do you get to play for free for a week, but there will be an exciting new playlist live for that period called ‘Down But Not Out’. In this game mode for squads of four, any eliminated teammates can re-spawn and wing-suit back into the action on their remaining squad mates, but only in each new collapse, and not within the final circle. This will add a great dynamic to an already competitive playlist.
This offer is only going to run until 6pm GMT on the 24th January so get it downloaded, assemble your squad and get slaying!
