A brand-new fun 8-bit game has launched on Xbox One. Developed by Petroglyph Games and published by SOEDESCO is the colourful RTS game 8-Bit Armies. It’s a game that’s easy to learn and fun to play for hours and hours. Players fight various enemies in an epic standoff of firepower vs firepower, commanding various units such as armies of tanks, artillery, aircraft, snipers’ engineers and more.
The game offers 40 single player missions, 12 co-op missions, an online multiplayer mode and an AI skirmish mode, so whether you’re playing with friends or playing solo, there is always a way to play. 8-Bit Armies is just one of the three games in Petroglyph Games’ 8-Bit series. In a unique take on cross title multiplayer, you can use your units from one of the other games too, as all three games in the 8-Bit series can mix together online. The game also features an amazing soundtrack by award-winning artist Frank Klepacki.
SOEDESCO recently also announced a special Limited Edition of 8-Bit Armies, which will be available in stores on December 14th. It includes a ton of cool items such as a bandana, flag, pins, a patch and much more. You can check out the details for the limited edition here.
