For those of you all digital Xbox One owners who have been craving pre-loading and pre-orders in general ala Steam, you may be in for some luck soon.
According to the developer of Sunset Overdrive, Insomniac Games, this will be changing soon. This little piece of news actually comes from an episode of the developers own little show called Sunset TV, responding to a user question about Day One Content if you pre-order. This is where the confirmation for not only bonuses came from, but the ability to actually pre-order games for the Xbox One digitally. It also teased something special for those who do decide to pick up the game digitally.

For those of you looking forward to the game coming out on October the 28th, this may be great news for you. Though it’s not completely confirmed that the ability to pre-load your games so that you can play them as soon as the clock turns over to the release day, it may indicate that it’s on the horizon.
