Wargaming have recently announced that the console version of World of Warships: Legends, it will launch for early access on 16th April giving eager fans the command of some of history’s greatest warships to wreak havoc with.
For those that cannot wait that long, there is one last round of Closed Beta testing running from March 22-24. The first Closed Beta weekend had over 200,00 battles fought which is very impressive, but developer Wargaming want to smash that with the last one so sign up now at wowslegends.com for a chance to set sail and make history.
Those who register will also rewarded with a whole heap of in-game rewards at launch such as premium currency, boosters and special customisation options.
Once the Closed Beta weekend is over the developers will be release a selection of special founders packs on the Microsoft store. These will give intrepid sailors a chance to get ahead of the pack at launch with three tiers of packages – Premium, Deluxe, and Ultimate.

World of Warships: Legends is being built from the ground up for the very best performance, this is to ensure the best user experience on modern consoles.
Players will get to enjoy the game in glorious HDR on Xbox One X and PS4 at launch, then full 4K being supported on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro later in the summer. It is not just the graphics that have been focused on for console; Wargaming have implemented a revamped user interface, intuitive new controls and console exclusive content – all of which has been the product of hard graft from the development team:
