March 3rd 2015, comes an announcement of very interesting and intriguing title from OSome Studio. This French independent games company debut to the world a very interesting and refreshing looking narrative driven survival horror game which is titles White Night.
The game looks to be a gripping noir style game in which you explore the haunted mansion and discover exactly what is going on in your newly discovered environment. You will be stranded and forced to explore the mansion and its twisted past while trying to help quell the restless environment that you are now trapped in.
With an art style that would not look out of play in a jazz age or film noir period peace, this gives the game an edge over other games that are drawing heavily on the over the top graphics of most modern day games. This game (if done properly) can stand up against the argument about graphics over storytelling, this game is daring to be different in a current generation market.
I do feel this game is one to look out for and put on your wish lists, every now and again you see a game that catches you attention for different reasons. I personally believe that White Night is one of these games.
