There have been rumours going around that Titanfall will support full-HD on Xbox One. This rumour, one of many sources, was tweeted by an unofficial Titanfall page on 25 February:

Respawn’s Vince Zampella confirmed yesterday that these rumours are untrue in response to this exact tweet:

In fact, just 2 weeks from the March 14th launch in the UK, Respawn is still unable or unwilling to confirm the display resolution for Titanfall on Xbox One.
According to a report by OXM, Titanfall’s Beta ran at 792p. There were rumours that the finished game would run at a lower resolution than the Beta at 720p, but these rumours have been proven false by Respawn Producer, Drew McCoy.
Whatever the resolution, it will be higher than 720p, but lower than 1080p. There is a figure floating around that the game will have a display resolution of 900p. A fair compromise, don’t you think?
Whatever the figure, Respawn are keeping quiet but hopefully they will break their silence soon and put these rumours to rest.
