Expedition, the first of three DLC packs for mulitplayer FPS Titanfall will be available from tomorrow, May 15th as announced by Respawn Entertainment earlier today.
Last week, the first screenshots of Expedition were released, and only yesterday the trailer was uploaded on YouTube. Missed the Trailer? Check it out here!
The release date of Expedition has always been “later this month”, and so I’m pretty surprised by this announcement. I was expecting a release in late May, personally. I guess I didn’t want to get my hopes up for an earlier release. Expedition includes three new maps – Runoff, Swamplands and War Games – all of which can be seen in the trailer.
Expedition is available for download as of tomorrow, and can be purchased on its own or as part of the Titanfall Season Pass which will give players access to the next two DLC packs as soon as they become available. Purchasing the Season Pass works out better than paying for each separately.
Note that this release is for Xbox One only; Expedition will be released on Xbox 360 in June.
