CD PROJEKT RED have announced a countdown! This countdown will reveal the opening cinematic to the Witcher 3, which is their multi-award-winning, highly anticipated action RPG. The place to go to watch the trailer (or the countdown if you really want to) is http://thewitcher.com/thetrail where we see some of the beautiful and stunning visuals the game has to offer.
As the extension of the web address suggests, the video titled “The Trail” will the be epic inauguration for the game, and it will be introducing us to the events that will be surrounding the story.
The site also offers some official downloadable desktop backgrounds if you wish to help yourself to them.
The countdown looks to end at 16:45 (GMT) on Friday 24th October 2014, so time to get geared up and finally feed our anticipation a little more before the game’s release next February.
The Witcher 3 is due for release on 24th of February 2015 on Xbox One.
