Ready for a nice beefy snack in time for Halloween? The ghost minotaur has you covered.
Mega Cat Studios, the masters of modern old-school game releases (just go take a look at their work), has announced that it is launching a new Kickstarter today for an all new NES release called The Meating. If properly funded, this puzzle platforming game could arrive in Q1 2024!
In the game, players take control of Kon, a body-less minotaur who’s fighting to put himself back together. He’ll need to use all his ghostly powers to subdue enemies and figure out puzzles in the 40+ stage challenge that lies ahead!

If successful, the game might just end up on other platforms as well. That has yet to be determined, but with the right funding, anything is possible!
