One of the more intriguing games to be shown during the Microsoft E3 press conference was The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit. This title looks similar in art style while still being in the same universe to Life is Strange, as it is from the same developer DontNod, where the art of storytelling is more the focus rather than the need for flashy mechanics and gimmicks.
From the trailer we see a boy and his father living out their life while the child grows up simply being a child, using their imagination to create the most spectacular and interesting. These are the adventures all of us took as children, to have the ability to think and act like a child again is simply a dream to many.
Though with a June 26th release date, we will not be waiting long for this title. Even better the game is going to be 100% free to purchase. Expect a review of this title shorty after launch.
