Parasol Superstars Launches Next Week With Rare Taito Classic

Back in 2024, we reviewed Parasol Stars, a “lost” chapter in the Bubble Bobble legacy from Taito and ININ Games. It’s still fun, and a great game to play for a rainy day. Welp, it’s coming back, and this time with a little bonus treat. Welcome to Parasol Superstars!

This bundle is set to launch on April 14^th with a digital release, with a physical one to follow soon thereafter. It brings Parasol Stars back for those who missed it, along with a rare Taito favorite making its modern console debut – Spica Adventure!

What Is Spica Adventure?

Originally introduced in Japan arcades (and for mobile), the game is a fun platformer filled with quirky enemies and clever challenges. You’ll guide Nico through this dangerous world, using a parasol to fend off enemies. It’s got mechanics similar to Parasol Stars, but with a fresh new twist!
