To celebrate the launch of Forza 6, and the 10 year anniversary of the critically acclaimed franchise, Microsoft have teamed up with Turn 10 to create a Limited edition 1TB Xbox One console.
The console’s design is inspired by the new Ford GT that graces the cover of the new game, and comes complete with iconic racing stripes. There are some nice little details to the design also: on the side you will find a little logo denoting the 10 year landmark along with the release date of the very first Forza Motorsport. As well as the aesthetics, Microsoft have included some cool little sound effects to go with the racing theme.
The controller has also been given a make over. It too is coloured in the blue of the Ford GT and also has racing stripes; the thumb sticks and buttons are also coloured blue, with the triggers coloured titanium with a satin finish to emulate the Ford GT’s headlights. The back of the controller has also been touched up with a nice rubberized grip to feel like that of a steering wheel.
This beautiful looking console will come complete with a digital download of Forza 6 all for an equally attractive price of $399/£349.
The Forza Motorspoort 6 Xbox One Limited Edition console is available for pre-order from your favourite games retailer and will be released alongside Forza Motorsport 6 on September 15, 2015.
