In case you missed the news, Retroware’s run-and-gun game Iron Meat drops this week. And we highly recommend it, as it’s a lovely new take on the Contra genre. But you’re probably all like, “Hey, what if I want a physical edition of the game?” Relax, Maynard, we’ve got you covered. (Also, sorry we called you Maynard.)
Strictly Limited games has announced that it is producing Iron Meat physical copies for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. What’s more, it will ship them within the next one to two months.
The games are available here, and they are limited to a maximum of 4,000 copies worldwide. That means this meat will be pretty tough to come by.
As you can see, it features amazing cover art and cartridge design, and will also include a manual. You know, like the classic games used to feature. Then you can read your way to success as you pound through the devastating meat. (Wow, that sounded wild.)
