Description

It’s time to dust off your hammer – House Flipper is back in a brand-new fashion! Buy and renovate run-down houses! Or maybe you want to build new ones? Now you can! Start as a rookie Flipper and make a fortune by helping out the community of the charming town of Pinnacove.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a makeover veteran or if you’re only starting out – you’ll feel at home in no time! House Flipper 2 introduces new mechanics and revamps the ones from the original game. The good old hammer, the trusty paint roller, and the sturdy mop, all await your return! The new visuals make our fixer-uppers look crisp as never before!

Why renovate a house when you can just build one? Unleash your creativity in the Sandbox Mode! Use it to recreate real-life buildings or design projects that exist in your imagination. Remember: building from scratch is no easy task! But let’s face it, it’s definitely worth putting in extra effort to design the house of your dreams.

Between the mountain tops and the endless sea, there lies the town of Pinnacove.

A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes. Can you discover some of the stories within these walls? Your old pal Tom, who seems to know everybody in the neighbourhood, will gladly share some local knowledge with you.

In House Flipper 2, you are the foreman! You get to decide what ‘relaxing gameplay’ means! Do you enjoy building? Choose the Sandbox Mode which allows you to construct houses from scratch. Or maybe you prefer cleaning and decorating? In the Story Mode, you will delve into long and engaging renovation projects, as well as deal with some quick jobs

Gameplay

As someone who never played the first house flipper I’m going in blind. This is not my typical game I would choose to play. In the Story Mode you get to get short little jobs that start with something simple, like cleaning and rearranging furniture, putting away boxes and unpacking and some other chores. They get more complex, adding things like knocking down walls, rebuilding walls, selling and buying new furniture, painting, wallpapering and more.

Once jobs are completed the customer will pay you based on how much of the job you have completed. When you get enough money, you can purchase new homes and clean up to resell to make more money. You can spend as much time as you want decorating your homes to raise enough money to sell to make more.

Graphics

House Flipper 2 has great colourful art work with lots of detail especially in all the rooms. Outside the house especially looks pleasing to the eye as you venture around the gardens, looking out onto the streets, there’s plenty of detail making the game realistic and believable.

Audio

Game audio is relaxing with a simple soundtrack with a clear but simple sound design for the environment. Very natural and easy on the ears.

Accessibility

House flipper 2 is easy to play for the average Joe. Being a one handed gamer I found it far much simpler using a Xbox controller instead of the keyboard and mouse. Plus being a simulator you don’t have to rush objectives which is good.

Final Thoughts

As I said previously this is not my usual type of game I would normally play but I understood the concept after a while and gave it a shot. For simulator fans this would be a great purchase.

House Flipper 2 is available on Steam now and coming soon to Xbox and PlayStation!
