During the course of the Xbox’s life, there has always been on franchise that has, safe to say, kept the console’s life flowing, and that franchise is indeed Halo. Originally made by Bungie, and now created by 343 Industries, Halo is a universe full of great characters, both good and evil. Set in the sci-fi-like future, there are many factions that fight. The UNSC, The Covenant, The Flood, The Banished, and many more. A lot of players in the Xbox community admittedly would not be playing Xbox if it wasn’t for Halo, whether that’s due to Halo: CE in 2001, or Halo 5 in 2015.
This brand new section of Xbox Live Gamerhub was brainstormed and created for multiple reasons. To show our appreciation to the Halo franchise and what it has done for not only Xbox, but for it’s community, and to also give back to that community that has kept the game going for as long as it is. There will be plenty of upcoming content, of which will be announced throughout this first week of running, so do keep a look out on the Halo Community section for all the latest and greatest.
