While there’s always a vocal cry on the internet about EA’s DLC practices, the fact that they’ve won the coveted worst company in America accolade speaks volumes about the way consumers have felt about them in the past, I can’t help but feel they’ve come a long way…sort of. EA Access is something I personally subscribe to, and I’ve got to say it’s been great value so far. This July is no exception.
EA have announced that both the latest incarnation of Need for Speed and the charming Unravel will hit EA Access this summer on July 12th (just in time for my birthday), and on August 30th the fiendishly addictive Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 will enter the vault. For anyone that hasn’t played these games, twenty quid isn’t a tall ask for a years worth of playing these titles and more.

While not to everyone’s tastes, there’s a slew of sports and action games currently on EA Access, so it’s worth a punt, if only for the year and you never know, you may find something that really tickles your fancy, but please EA, can I have all the Dead Space games now?
