Lemmings video game celebrates its 30th anniversary with a full-length feature documentary Lemmings: Can you dig it? The documentary delves into the Britsoft classic’s legacy, while talking to the people behind the original game and some of its super fans. Dundee ‘Home of Lemmings’ is fittingly the location for the one night only World Premier.
For one night only get all the exciting insight and information from the great minds behind Lemmings. The 8pm Screening will be followed by a 30-minute Ask Me Anything Q&A, with some of the key protagonists from within the Lemmings Story.
For fans wanting the when, where & how, it will be on Thursday, December 2nd 2021 – 8PM, at Dundee Contemporary Arts (DCA) Cinema – 152 Nethergate, Dundee, DD1 4DY, Scotland. The event will be followed by the Ask Me Anything (AMA) panel discussion. Tickets can be purchased by a link that the bottom of the page.

Lemmings, one of the great icons of Scottish and UK games culture, is originally developed by DMA Design in Dundee, the game was first published in 1991 for the Commodore Amiga by Liverpool-based Psygnosis. Since then it has made it’s way across multiple platforms, this includes but is not limited to Sony PlayStation and Mobile. The documentary, Lemmings: Can You Dig It? speaks to the people behind its original success as one of the best received video games of the 1990s, while also celebrating its legacy in gameplay and beyond.
