Destiny 2 Forsaken season pass holders now have access to the illusive Black Armory – A weapons foundry that have kept their presence to the Guardians a secret. The reasons as to why are story spoilers so you will have to play to find out!
So what can I tell you? Well, you will soon meet Ada-1 who will introduce you to the Black Armory, but not with a warm welcome. She tells a story of three families and their forges from the Golden Age which are all now lost, and you have been tasked to find and re-ignite them.
Getting the forges firing again is done through a new 3-player matchmade activity, so grab your fireteam and start levelling up as this is going to be a tough one! New weapons that have not been seen in game before await you, including the re-introduction of the Heavy Machine Gun weapon type.

And if new storyline, new weapons and a new activity are not enough for you then you will be happy to hear there is a new raid too! And what an epic raid it promises to be as you will be entering a part of the last city for this. Finally we get to run around and cause carnage on the streets we have been looking down at for so many years.
As with most Destiny DLC there is a light level increase as well as new exotic weapon quests and plenty of new gear including ships sparrows and Ghosts. There is so much new loot to acquire, you best stop reading and start playing!
