Next week will see the release of the first Dark Souls III expansion. The Ashes of Ariandel will offer a new single-player experience and a whole new multiplayer aspect.
PVP will come to Dark Souls in a new and improved system. Now player can partake in 3 vs 3 battles, free for all’s and more ways to invade. The video highlights working together, hunting other players and backstabbing betrayals. Everything that makes Dark Souls so frustrating but so addictive. Check out the multiplayer trailer below:

I’m sitting here knowing I have yet to complete my second play-through, with the dread knowing players will return for the DLC and troll me through the rest of my decent into darkness. Covenants need to be chosen. Load-outs rethought (no pathetic lightning spears). And old friends contacted to traverse the dire world of Dark Souls. Ashes of Ariandel arrives on 25th October. So put some payday money aside for this installment, unless you have the season pass. You were prepared.
