Call of Duty is returning to its historical roots this year with Call of Duty: World War ll. Sledgehammer Games promises to deliver a blockbuster experience from a dramatic story draw from dramatic and iconic moments from the second world war in historically important locations such as the beaches of Normandy to the Hurtgen Forest.
Anyone who is planning on getting this title, then they may be in for a surprise if they are a Season Pass holder or buy the Digital Deluxe Edition; as from day one these gamers will gain access to the war-torn France town of Carentan. This Multiplayer map makes its return to Call of Duty: WWII and one fans of the game might recognise from earlier Call of Duty titles. Re-imagined for Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare as Chinatown, the team has clearly decided to bring the classic version of this staple back for another round. Having been seen in no less than 5 games to date. Fight through destroyed building and fortified streets in an all out battle for a strategically place German stronghold.
