The release date to the 3rd “proper” instalment of the iconic Borderlands series is nearly upon us. The 13th September is rapidly approaching and one of the biggest titles to release in the later half of the year has to be Borderlands 3.
The latest trailer titled “So Happy Together” after the song of the same name by Larry M. Bell, is a tribute to the series as a whole. Totally crazy, no sense what-so-ever and yet still managing to be utterly captivating and leave you wanting more from Borderlands 3.
The whole in my life left after “Tales from the Borderlands” was deep, so seeing all aspects of the story being tied together is heartwarming. The series has always been filled with a massive amount of Easter Eggs and nods to other games, media and pop culture aspects; it will be incredible to see how much they cram into this title to keep us all on our toes.
The loot-shooter godfather is coming back onto the scene in a big bad way with Borderlands 3 and I am very much excited.
