343 Industries have announced a load of free post-launch content for Halo 5: Guardians in their latest update for the hit Xbox game. Within, you’ll find new ‘Shinobi’ themed ninja armour, all new Ultra-Rare and Legendary items, Big Team Battle maps, Mayhem mode, new Tundra and Woodland themed skins, the all new Shove-It assassination, and more for players to find!
Big Team Battle is the main component here, bringing elements of the first four multiplayer maps together but with a focus on 8v8 large scale mobility and combat scenarios. These updated maps – Deadlock, Basin, Guillotine, and Recurve – are available in both custom and matchmaking mode.
All this is just a taster for how easy it will be for 343 Industries to add even more new content, especially when the huge Forge update comes out next month.
