Prepare to step back again into the shadows, wear the cape and cowl and be the hero that Gotham City needs.
Rocksteady Studios Batman games were always heralded as the turning point for superhero games (arguments if Batman is a superhero in the comments please), the game blended the beautifully crafted universe of the Dark Knight with fast and fun paced combat. The two games in the Arkham series released on Xbox 360 were the fantastic Arkham Asylum and the direct sequel Arkham City (which I was never as keen on). These two games reviewed extremely well and brought faith that video game adaptations of comic books could be a viable move.
The two games have been given a face lift and delivered to the current generation of consoles, the collection is titled “Return to Arkham” and will have both games and all DLC included. This collection coupled with Arkham Knight which was previously released for this console generation will have batman fans occupied until the next time the bat signal shines in the sky.
