Card games have always been popular. With what seems like a flooding market it can be hard to chose one. I myself play a bit of Pokemon trading card game online on my PC and Hearthstone on my mobile. We have seen however a recent increase of options on the Xbox. We saw Gwent release in Xbox Game Preview and in more recent times Fable Fortune. Now we see Hi-Rez Studio wading into the battle with their own take utilising Unreal Engine 4.
Hi-Rez Studio are well known for SMITE and Paladins but now they are offering a new challenge. Hand of the Gods is a new strategy card game pack with mythological gods, powerful creatures and strong spells. Commanding leaders like Zeus or Odin you will wield mythological weapons, unleash monstrous beasts and wage war with iconic gods in competitive multiplayer matches brought to life on the battle field.
Hand of Gods is easy to learn with an assortment of pre-made starter decks available. Its hard to master however with players being able to create there own custom army from a collection of over 100 cards. Xbox Live Gold members can receive a special bonus of 5 Core pack to help build up there collection as well as an exclusive Tree of Life player icon, Labyrinth card back and a skin for Zeus the king of the gods.
Hand of Gods is available now for Xbox Gold members on console or you can request your copy from the Microsoft website. The Gods are at war and you must lead them to victory!
