Rivals of Aether is an indie fighting game developed by Dan Fornace and published on Xbox One via the ID@Xbox program. The game features many modes and many characters. Featuring a fighting style that may remind you of such games as Super Smash Bro, this game is great fun to play casually and competitively.

The game features a versus mode, in which you can play 1v1, 2v2 or even free for all fights, each with their own way of playing and winning. The story mode allows you to learn the back stories of each character and help you understand the settings and story of the overall game. There is an Abyss mode, in which you fight waves and waves of enemies to see how far up you can get on the leaderboard. Online play is also vital to the game, and offers a Ranked mode for the more try hard of gamers. Lastly there is the Tutorial mode and Practice mode, that allow you to practice your skills, and takes you from a beginner to a pro in no time. This is a great game that is fun to learn and easy to enjoy. You can check out the Xbox One trailer below.
