Here we are again with another game round up for May. Taking a look at some of the titles released, we have something for everyone. Same as last week, if you would like to view any of the titles in more detail, or purchase them, simply click the games title to be taken to the Microsoft Store.

Victor Vran – 30th May 

Zagoravia is cursed, hordes of monstrous beasts, demons and monsters are on the loose. You are Victor, hunter of demons, you must forge your hero into with deadly loud outs to dodge devastating attacks, leap from incredible heights and liberated the city of its curse. Will you be able to save the day and bring down the cunning boss monsters?

Lock’s Quest – 30th May

The clockwork army is on the move again, led by Lord Agony. It seeks to destroy all in its path and kingdom Force is in there sights. You play as Lock, a boy who haplessly stumbles into an attack on his village. In this next generation remake of a critically acclaimed game, you must build defences and protect all you can from the clockwork horde, or risk the destruction of everything.

Crossout – 30th May

Crossout is a free-to-play post-apocalyptic MMO action game. You can craft your own unique battle machine, then drive head long into combat to destroy anyone who stands in your way in tense Player vs Player battles. Do you have that it takes to build the best machine, or will you end up on the scrap pile?

Tokyo 42 – 31st May

Tokyo 24 is a console launch exclusive.

You’re framed for a murder you didn’t commit, forced to delve into the shady world of assassins, deadly corporate intrigue and of course, tactical cats. This single player story is set a hyper-stylish isometric open-world shooter but a slew of multiplayer modes await anyone brave enough to stand with you in this critically acclaimed game.

Star Balls – 31st May

Star Balls offers a unique sci-fi puzzle adventure as you navigate through a new dimension. Launch Orbit, Tess La Coil or Torque through a gigantic spaceship as you avoid black holes, flames and killer maintenance robots as you navigate to freedom.

Thea- The Awakening – 31st May

A monstrosity known only as The Darkness threatens to engulf the world. Thea: The Awakening is a turn based survival game steeped in Salvic myth. You are the last hope of a few starving, hopeless survivors in a world where no Hero’s, monster slayers or armies will save you. The world is crawling with Strigas and Baba Yagas. How will you make it through and keep your small settlements safe?

Dragon Bros – 31st May

Dragon Bros is a 2d retro run ‘n’ gun adventure that can be player co-op or solo. You take control of a young dragon who must safe his home from the robots that are destroying everything. The best cure for cranky robots? Bullets and explosions!

SpeedRunners – 1st June

This title will be available free from 1st to 30th June with Games with Gold#

 A running multiplayer game that pits four players against one another in this cut throat world. Play locally or online as you run, swing and jump around the course looking for devious weapons, drops or snags to knock your opponents off the screen. A competitive and tense game, who among you will be crowned king of the Speedrunners

Tekken 7 – 2nd June

Arguably one of the biggest titles on the list this week. Tekken is a storied fighting game aiming to rise to the next level with photo realistic graphics, innovative features and fighting mechanics. Drawing on its arcade DNA, Tekken 7 hopes to resurrect the competitiveness, showmanship and attitude and provide the ultimate fighting experience.

The Culling – 2nd June

This title is a Console Lunch Exclusive and will be part of the Xbox Game Preview Program. 

16 Combatants, 20 minutes. You will be dropped into a remote arena and must scavenge, craft, trap and hunt your way to victory. A game type that is picking up alot of traction at the moment, The Culling will leave you fighting for your life against other players, face to face in a battle royale in its most brutal form. Only one will live to be crowned the winner, Do you have what it takes to survive?

Plutobi: The Dwarf Planet Tales – June 2nd

Back in 2006, it was decided, after some debate Plutobi (Pluto) was reclassified as a Dwarf Planet. Kicked off of the planet list Plutobi now wants to show off his power. By absorbing asteroids, planets and other space objects, you can help him grow stronger like never before.
