Firstly, you’ll need to make sure you have a valid Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you don’t, then you won’t be able to download these games for free, nor will you be able to get the amazing deals with gold. Even a one month subscription would be worth getting, just to download this collection of games worth over $74. You get to keep them forever, so don’t worry about your subscription running out.

Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition ($29.99 ERP) : December 1st – December 31st
Fight as an undercover cop in the open-world action-adventure game. The Definitive edition offers all previous Xbox 360 DLC along with better visuals and more action than ever before.
Outlast ($19.99 ERP) : December 16th – January 15th
Play as a journalist who finds himself trapped in a nerve-racking mental asylum whose patients have been twisted by a dark secret. Your only weapon is your camera, as you must hide to survive the terrors around every corner.

Outland ($9.99 ERP) : December 1st – December 15th
Bridge the gap between balance and chaos, or doom the world to destruction. With a gorgeous visual style you won’t be able to stop yourself from being amazed.
Burnout Paradise ($14.99 ERP) : December 16th – December 31st
Crashing cars has never been as much fun as in Burnout. Explore the open world filled with all sorts of races. Take a challenge on the Stunt Run, cause chaos in Road Rages, or have a little game of chase in Marked Man.
