Introversion Software PC game hit Prison Architect is fully launching on Xbox One on the 1st of July. Brought onto consoles by Double Eleven, the full game will be available to everyone at the price of $29.99 (which I think will be £19.99 for us UK players). Prison Architect is still part of the Xbox Preview Program and is available at £19.99. Owners of the Game Preview will automatically be updated to the full version of Prison Architect.
If you have not played Prison Architect, then here is a quick run down. You are a new prison warden and can play in scenarios or a sandbox mode. Taking on your prison you need to balance the daily running of the prison while making sure inmates needs are taken care of, or riots will break out. For its simplistic art style on characters there are a lot of details such as a prisoners family, offences and history. You have complete power over the prisoners, being able to promote higher security, rehabilitate or execute prisoners. The console editions come complete with a gritty story that shows the complex legal decisions made by prison wardens in the justice system.

Not only is Prison Architect launching on the 1st of July, but a DLC pack is being released for $9.99 called ‘All day and a night’. The DLC adds 8 new warden characters, 8 new prison maps and 8 new plots to build and expand your prison. It also adds new features such as building moats and luxury cells for your perfect snitches.
