Neocore Games, most notable for the somewhat addictive Diablo-esque Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing, have been working on a similarly styled game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe with yet another incredible mouthful of a title in Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor – Martyr. I have a soft spot for anything Warhammer 40K related owing to a childhood of trading action figures for Warhammer miniatures at the behest of my older brother and spending countless hours with a set of dice and a ruler.

Today a handful of new screens have dropped showing off the Assassin class, Chaos Terminators and some sweet headshots.  I’m all for adventures in this lore heavy universe, and the possibility of sweet sweet loot makes it all the more enticing.

Warhammer 40.000: Inquisitor – Martyr is due for launch in 2016 for Xbox One and other platforms, but it’s lacking a firm launch date. Check out the images after the break, and check out the Mass Destruction Trailer for a glimpse at Neocore’s destructive world building.
