Activision have announced the DLC for the ever popular Call of Duty Black Ops III, called ‘Awakening’.
4 new multiplayer maps will come with the DLC to the top selling game of 2015:
Skyjacked – A modernised version of the ‘Hijacked’ map from Black Ops 2, this map has been streamlined to take advantage of the new core movement system found in the new game.
Splash – Dive into battle in this abandoned water park featuring vibrant and wacky attractions and even an underwater combat section.
Gauntlet – Featuring three unique map elements within one area, Gauntlet will have players traversing through dense jungle, sub-Arctic snow and urban cityscape in their quest to lay the beat down.
Rise – A large map set in a construction zone, Rise has numerous special areas for players to work out the most efficient way to deal with the enemy from close to long range.
There is also the new chapter for the Black Ops 3 Zombies adventure, called Der Eisendrache. Set in a medieval castle during World War 2, player will embark in a four part journey with the original characters from the series. Fight unspeakable horrors and find exciting plot twists and surprises as you blast your way through many waves of the Undead!
You can find these maps along with three other map packs planned throughout the year with the Black Ops 3 season pass! Call of Duty Black Ops 3 is out now on Xbox One.
