Out now on Xbox One, the continued support to Halo 5: Guardians from 343 Industries in the form of free content for the existing game. 343 have been very generous so far with free content to keep the online side of the Halo 5 gameplay experience fresh and exciting, and they promise to keep more free content approaching in the future.
Expect to find a 4.5Gb update for your game waiting for you though as all these great things unfortunately do not come in a small package. Hammer Storm will introduce 11 new maps, 12 new game modes (including big team battle and Forge) and more than 180 REQ items and it costs you as a player nothing at all.
The return of some beloved game modes like Grifball alone are enough for me to step back into the online arena and take up arms. The support for Halo 5 from the developers is a refreshing site and the proof that 343 is looking to take care of its customers and wanting to keep them as content as possible with their online experience for as long as possible.
