The new and recent trend in gaming seems to be the release of your opening cinematic trailer long before the game actually ever hits shelves, though I am not a huge fan of this approach I am far from against it. In this case I am very excited though, FROM Software upcoming title Dark Souls 3 shows us what the haunting and unforgiving game has in store for us that are a glutton for punishment.
The trailer appears to show a world that is nearly on the precipice of dying, now the Lords of Cinder arise with creatures both new and old. The most interesting moment to myself is at 1:40 of the trailer which sows the undead legion of Abyss Watchers, these characters appear to have the same weapon that legendary Knight Artorias from the original Dark Souls wielded.
