Vlatko Andonov, The President of Bethesda Softworks, Released a statement thanking Todd Howard and the rest of the development team who worked on the game “We’re extremely proud of Todd Howard, Game Director at Bethesda Game Studios, and his experienced team of developers for their talent and dedication in creating this extraordinary game,” He then continued on to praise the game’s design saying that “Fallout 4 is a masterpiece in game development and storytelling, providing fans hundreds of hours of fun as they explore and are challenged by this fascinating, beautifully crafted world.”

The game has also enjoyed a great Critical success, with many praising the game’s interesting and in-depth story coupled with Game’s Vast, detailed world and with the game’s many new mechanics such as a new deep crafting system but perhaps what critics found most engaging was the game’s sense of absolute freedom with our own Fran O’Reilly commenting “There are some rough edges graphically, but those are easily overlooked and forgotten by the depth of the gameplay itself and story that follows as you make in game choices. I’m excited to get more game time exploring everything in finer detail with Fallout 4.”

The games’ director Todd Howard thanked fans saying “A huge thanks to our fans they’ve made this all possible, after four years of development, it’s not complete until our fans get to play it and make it their own. We can’t wait to hear about their adventures.”

Truly the game has been another success for Bethesda and rightly so. The game has delivered to fans, old and new. In the current state of the games industry where it is so commonplace to see Sequel after Sequel released, this writer is happy to see a developer that appears to understand the importance of waiting before churning out another sequel. And what a quality Sequel it is.
