Incase you haven’t heard Cortana has been spotted on the latest (Windows 10) version of the Xbox Dashboard!
As many of you may know Cortana is a virtual agent to assist Master Cheif during Halo. Now Cortana has been brought to your Xbox One to assist you with any queries. Cortana and other virtual agents have been making there way to mobile devices over the last few years but this is a new venture for Xbox, and one I am quite excited about ! I personally hope she comes with her Halo database so I can bombard her with questions.
This announcement comes as Youtube user “Aussie Gamer” found the application by accident. Xbox are still to give any feedback as to when this is due for release but did mention it was in the pipeline. The Video shows that it must have come with the latest update but also shows that there is no easy way to access it other than using the glitch witch can only mean Xbox aren’t ready for us to use her and that the application may be lacking in full functionality. Functionality aside I think this is pretty cool and I would rather speak with this virtual agent than any others I have seen on the marketplace.

If this is not getting you hyped for Halo month I don’t know what will. Maybe the fact that this could be cooler combined with the HoloLens…
