“I never asked for this” is one of the more famous quotes from games in recent years, it is up there with “Arrow to the knee” and the likes. The gruff voice behind the Deus Ex quote is troubled protagonist Adam Jensen, the augmented security officer who stumbled across conspiracies and plots greater than he could of imagined in 2011’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Adam returns next year in the sequel to Human Revolution, the games full title is Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and will take place after the events of the previous game.
With the upcoming title, Eidos have made pre-ordering the game something of interest. This is no bog standard special edition of the game, it is a cumulative effort world wide to help everyone reach a goal and will push fans to get the best pre order experience.
