Mass Effect 4 has been formally announced at the EA Press Conference, now titled Mass Effect Andromeda.

We have very little to go on, besides a release date of Holiday 2016, but we’ll go over what was actually in the trailer. A galaxy map showing images of multiple planets, the new player character in recognisable N7 armour appears and walks towards the screen. We have footage of the Mako, the Omnitool and Omniblade making a combat, and generally a great little hint at what’s to come in the new galaxy that this Mass Effect game is placed in.
