Twitch Streamer Controversy

Twitch, one of the leading platforms for streamers, is facing another strike from top streamers of its brand. This time, it is behind one of their streamers, Abraham ‘Sliker’ Mohammed, has made live video confession. What is he confessing? Stealing money from viewers to support his Gambling Addiction. On a video caught by Kotaku, Mohammed confessed to telling his viewers, that he finessed his viewers and other top streamers out of their money, by saying his bank account is locked and he needed money to cover his account so his credit score would not be impacted while waiting for twitch streams payouts.

While fans and fellow streamers were his supporters and were led to believe he was using their funds for what he stated. in all reality, he was gambling. He would gamble their money on Counter Strike: Go outcomes.

Recently ousted and confronted by fellow streamers Mizkif and Hasan Piker in Discord, he admitted to stealing over what could be $300,000.

Streamers xQc and Ludwig are actually taking a stand against ‘Silkers’ scam and are willing to pay those back, whom he stole from.
