Earlier today it was confirmed by Remedy that their ambitious new Xbox One exclusive won’t be appearing at E3, but will return at Gamescom 2015 in August, where the studio will showcase brand new footage.
The news was broke by Remedy’s creative director Sam Lake in a celebratory Remedy video (which you can find below), in which the studio are celebrating their 20th anniversary milestone. Lake also states that there will be a demo of Quantum Break available to the public on the Gamescom showfloor.
However he doesn’t say whether the demo will be playable or not, but with Quantum Break set for release in the early months of 2016, it would stand to reason that it will be playable.
