Looking at the game line-up coming out for the month of March, here are some of the titles that are expected to be big names.
Battlefield Hardline
Hardline is the latest installment from the Battlefield series, in which the game is removed from the military based shooter and transplanted into urban warfare. Now set with a cop and robbers tone, the game will be a big hit with online multiplayer and is sure to be interesting for fans of the series. Battlefield: Hardline will be available on both Xbox One and Xbox 360 and is due for release on 20/03/15.
Final Fantasy TYPE-0
The Final Fantasy for the new generation, originally a PSP port but has now been given a total HD remaster and is getting a “big boy” release on the current gen consoles. This one is more for the Final Fantasy fans and gives you control of a class from a military academy who are battling an empire and fighting for freedom. Final Fantasy Type 0 will be available for purchase on 20/03/15 and will come with a demo of the upcoming Final Fantasy 15.
Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty
Ok, look no further, we have the re-release of the weird and wonder Oddworld finally coming to Xbox. Take the role of Abe once again in the escape from the place that not only wants to make you into food, but to turn the whole of your species into an intergalactic snack. Strange concepts mixed with updates graphics along with puzzling gameplay make this classic well worth another playthrough, both for people who remember the original and for newcomers who love a challenge. Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty will be a download only title available on Xbox One and it is due out on 25th February (Ok, so it’s not exactly March…).
Bladestorm: Nightmare
The minds behind the Kessen series of games have moved from the East to the West and are mixing things up by introducing their gameplay ideas to Western history. Prepare from insane combat and strategy fights based around the Hundred Years War, with the bizarre take on English history and massive KO combos. This looks to be one for Dynasty Warriors and Kessen fans: expect it to be somewhat entertaining, but not taking itself seriously at all. Bladestorm: Nightmare will be out on 06/03/15 on Xbox One.
