Expedition, the first DLC pack for the first-person shooter Titanfall, is due for release this month and we have some shiny new screenshots of the three maps for you to check out.
I’ve only recently got into Titanfall (I rewarded myself with it after finishing uni two weeks ago) and I’m enjoying it so much. I’m not usually one for FPS games but Titanfall is absolutely beautiful, and the same can be said for these new screenshots. The three maps within the Expedition DLC pack are Runoff, Swamplands and War Games. The screenshot below is of Runoff.
The map I’m most excited to play is Runoff. This map was originally a design experiment set to be in the main game but due to time constraints it didn’t make the cut. Titanfall designer Geoff Smith wrote on the game’s official site, “Runoff was an experiment to try and make a small map but still allow Titans enough pathing options so that they don’t feel constrained or limited.”
Below are two screenshots of Swamplands which is set among the ruins of alien technology.
And finally, two screenshots of War Games which is set in the game’s training simulator.
The Expedition DLC pack is due for release this month. Players can purchase each DLC pack separately or all three can be purchased using a Titanfall season pass!
