It is my humble opinion, that this year is Ubisoft’s year. They have plenty of anticipated games on the horizon and some are due for release in the next month. The Division is one of these games, that let’s face it… will break the mould of many games in the same genre.
As if Ubisoft Massive didn’t have enough fun messing around with New York city, this screenshot gives us a little more of what to expect from the game. You can clearly see a sniper in the foreground with what looks like night-vision attachments mounted on the scope and a clear patch on the sniper’s upper arm.
At the bottom right of the image you can see a list, although quality is poor, scribbled on the road sign it says: “We are immune” with a list of names underneath. In the background, you may or may not be able to make out the piles and piles of bodies. This is most likely due to the man-made virus that’s torn the city apart!
It is no question that the game brings a new feeling to the MMO genre with a hint of something more sinister as you play further through the story.
The Division will release some time this year and will only be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
