Leaked Halo project encryption/message?

The image above is what looks to be some form of coded or encrypted message, written in binary, Covenant and Forerunner glyphs, and in the bottom right hand side the 343 Industries logo is stamped on, this image was posted across a multitude of halo fan pages mysteriously at the same, 7 PM Central Standard Timezone (CST). The most noteable pages that posted it were “UNSC” of 163K likes, “HALO Memes” of 37K likes, and the largest “Cortana” Facebook page of 23K likes, plus a variety of other pages ranging from 1K to 20K likes. As you can see people are losing there minds about this, but does the image hold any significance at all? Where did it come from? Is it just some wide spread and well calculated community wide prank, or did 343 really leak some form of encrypted message for us? Though that seems unlikely to me that they would give it to admins of fan made pages. Tell us what you think in the comments below, also, it doesn’t look like it’s been fully cracked by anyone yet so if you manage to solve this puzzle, or have any information on the origin of this image, don’t forget to let us know as well.
