Tomorrow, players will be able to get their hands on the first DLC for Plants Vs. Zombies completely free. Just a few weeks after its release on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, PvZ Garden Warfare has had some pretty awesome reviews already. It received 7.8/10 from IGN, and 4/5 from Metacritic. The Garden Variety pack will include 24 ability upgrades, three for each class including Sunflower’s Solar Flare Beam, Chomper’s Super Goop and the All-Star Zombie’s Ultra Tackle. The DLC will also include the Gnome Bomb mode that adds an interesting twist – the plants and the zombies have to work together to destroy each other’s garden or graveyard. A new map features in the Garden Variety pack as well as an all-new zombie to fight against; the Pirate Zombie.
Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare is out now, and the Garden Variety Pack is available free from 18/03/14.
