Capcom are putting the heart and soul back into the Resident Evil series, even more so with the upcoming Resident Evil 2 remake. The remake will release at the end on January; or January 25th 2019, you know if you were looking for an exact date.
The demo will have you play as the series greatest character, Leon S Kennedy (he is, I will defend this fact). Players will have exactly 30 minutes to attempt to complete the demo, once the demo is over there will be a new trailer shown off.
Players can compete the demo in the half hour time limit, then given the chance to explore the demo again. If you die during the demo you are given as many chances to complete in the 30 minute window as possible.
The interesting thing is once the 30 minutes are up, you can no longer play the demo, so make sure you use your time with this game wisely.
Capcom are very good at releasing these timed demo’s for their upcoming games, I hope it is a trend that they continue with. The recent Devil May Cry 5 demo was only available for a limited time, once players downloaded it they were able to keep it. If you missed your chance at downloading the demo, tough luck.
