Online Multiplayer First Person Co-op Shooter; Earthfall has today received a free update!
The new update, titled ‘Invasion‘ features a new game mode as well as a wealth of other improvements. The update adds a new progression feature, as well as unlockable character abilities. Also which is more intriguing is a completely re-designed weapon soundboard.
The ‘Invasion’ update features:
Invasion Mode: This is a new take on the classic horde mode. The team must survive for as long as they can against waves of Aliens. Survive each wave to unlock new weapons and abilities, and earn buffs to use to survive the next wave.
New Maps: Four new maps have also been added: Raven Roost, Nuclear Facility, Precious Cargo and The Mines
Player Progression System: New 50 level progression which unlocks cosmetic items and character abilities. Whilst completing in game tasks, players can unlock unique skills such as duel wielding weapons, self revive and (my favourite) the ability to stick a grenade into an Thresher’s mouth to escape being pinned.
